1. Services Offered - Salt City Precision provides firearm customization services, including but not limited to stippling, Cerakote coating, laser engraving, slide milling, frame modifications, and other related services. All services are subject to availability and our approval.

 

2. User Eligibility - By using our Site or purchasing services from us, you confirm that:- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of firearm ownership in your jurisdiction).- You are legally permitted to possess and modify firearms under federal, state, and local laws.- You are the lawful owner of any firearm or component you submit to us for work.

 

3. Consent to Modification - By placing an order and submitting payment for any of our services, you explicitly consent to the permanent modification of your firearm(s) and/or firearm components. You understand that these modifications may void manufacturer warranties, alter the firearm’s classification under applicable laws, or affect resale value. Salt City Precision is not responsible for any legal consequences, warranty claims, or loss of value resulting from modifications performed at your request.

 

4. Payment Terms - All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required before services are rendered. We accept payment via approved methods as outlined during the checkout process.

 

5. Shipping and Handling - Customers are responsible for properly shipping firearm parts or accessories to us incompliance with all applicable laws and ATF regulations.- Serialized Firearm Parts: Any serialized firearm or frame must be shipped from and returned to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We will not ship serialized components directly to individuals. Customers must coordinate with and provide information for a valid FFL dealer in their area to receive the return shipment. Non-Serialized Parts: Non-serialized items may be shipped directly to and from the customer if permitted by law. Salt City Precision is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect FFL information provided by the customer.

 

6. Firearm Purchases - If purchasing a complete firearm from Salt City Precision, the following conditions must be met

:- You must be of legal age to purchase the firearm under federal and state law.

- You must be legally eligible to own a firearm and pass a federal background check.

- The transfer must be conducted through a licensed FFL dealer in your state of residence, and in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

 

7. Returns and Refunds - Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss potential remedies.

 

8. Limitation of Liability - Salt City Precision is not liable for any damages resulting from:- Improper or illegal use of your modified firearm;- Shipping errors or delays caused by carriers;- Acts of God, theft, or loss once the item is delivered;- Legal consequences related to the possession or modification of firearms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

 

9. Prohibited Uses - You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including modifying firearms intended for criminal activity, creating unregistered or illegal weapons, or attempting to deceive regulatory agencies.

 

10. Intellectual Property - All content on this Site, including logos, photos, text, and graphics, is the property of Salt City Precision and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.

 

11. Jurisdiction - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

 

12. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
